First of all, to understand the reasons for the corrosion of anchor bolts:

    (1) Reasons for the medium. Although some anchor bolts are not in direct contact with the media, corrosive media are likely to be transferred to the anchor bolts for various reasons, causing corrosion of the anchor bolts.

    (2) Reasons for the environment. Bolts of carbon steel materials can be corroded if exposed to moisture.

    (3) The reason for the bolt material. In design, although the anchor bolts are selected according to the regulations, they often only consider the strength of the bolts and do not consider that under special conditions, the anchor bolts will be corroded during use, so no corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel are used.

     Many mechanical equipment installations use anchor bolts. When installing mechanical equipment, the anchor bolts often encounter three problems: anchor bolt deviation, elevation deviation and anchor bolt letterpress. Below are the treatments for these three major problems:

    1. Elimination of anchor bolt deviation

    The processing of the center distance deviation. When the deviation of the center distance of the local foot bolt exceeds the allowable value, first use the chisel to remove the concrete around the thread, and the depth of the removal is 8~15 times the diameter of the anchor bolt. Then, the anchor bolt is heated by the oxygen-acetylene flame to correct the bending position. 850 ° C or so, with a sledgehammer and jack for correction. After the requirements are met, the steel plate is welded at the bend to prevent the bolt from being pulled straight after being stressed. Finally, the concrete is filled.

    2. Treatment of elevation deviation

    If the positive deviation of the anchor bolt elevation exceeds the allowable range, a part of it should be cut and the thread reworked. If the anchor bolt has a negative deviation and does not exceed 15mm, a part of the concrete should be cut first, then the outer part of the anchor bolt is bent red by the oxyacetylene flame, and two sides are welded on both sides of the reduced diameter after the elongation. Reinforced steel or thin tubes. If the negative deviation exceeds 15mm, the anchor bolt should be cut off, and a new bolt should be re-welded, and then 4 steel bars should be welded in the butt welding. After the treatment, the concrete should be re-irrigated.

    3, the treatment of the anchor bolt "fouling"

    When tightening the anchor bolts, the bolts are pulled out of the equipment foundation due to excessive force, making the installation of the equipment impossible. At this point, the concrete in the middle of the bolt needs to be chiseled, and then two intersecting U-shaped steel bars are welded and the concrete is filled to re-fix the bolt.
